Q: How can I find where Swatch products are sold near me?
A: You can find a list of all Swatch Stores on the link "Store Locator " that is located at the bottom of this page.

Q: What do I do if my metal strap/bracelet needs adjusting?
A: You have three options:
- You can take your watch back to your local retail jeweller but you may be charged.
- You can take the watch to a Swatch Store (please see "Store Locator "at the end of this page)
- Alternatively you can return the watch to us directly at:

We would recommend sending the watch to us using either Swedish post "rekommenderat brev" service or Special delivery (insured service). For security reasons we recommend that you do not mark the outside of your parcel with the Swatch brand name.
Please remember to enclose a covering letter stating exactly what you would like done. You should also include your contact details including your telephone number and e-mail address as appropriate."

Q: Where can I purchase a replacement strap / battery/ battery cover?
A: Replacement straps, buckles, batteries and battery covers are available at any Swatch store in Sweden. The list of stores is available under Swatch ""Store locator"". If you are not within driving distance to a store, every store on the list can take your order by phone. Another possibility is to directly contact us at:

Q: I have a Swatch that is not working. What can I do?
A: First of all check the battery as it might need to be replaced. The normal life expectancy of a battery is two/three years although use of a Chrono/Loomi function will shorten this depending on use. A replacement battery may be obtained via the contact details below and replacement instructions are also outlined within these FAQs If it is not the battery, you can either take it to a Swatch Store or send it directly to us with either a copy of your receipt or a stamped guarantee.

To set the time, pull the crown out to position Cand turn clockwise or anticlockwise. After resetting has been completed press the crown back to position A.

Swatch Warranty
Q: What is the Swatch Warranty?
A: Your SWATCH® watch is warranted by SWATCH Ltd. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international SWATCH warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the SWATCH watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official SWATCH dealer (“valid warranty certificate”).
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your SWATCH watch, or if you purchased a SWATCH watch the case of which cannot be opened, SWATCH Ltd. guarantees its replacement by a SWATCH watch of similar model. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- the life of the battery;
- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, velcro; peeling of the plating); a
- ny damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by SWATCH Ltd.
- indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the SWATCH watch;
- the SWATCH watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond SWATCH Ltd.’s control.
Any further claim against SWATCH Ltd. e.g. for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
The above manufacturer’s warranty:
- is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller, for which he carries sole responsibility.
- does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have.
The SWATCH Ltd.’s customer service ensures the perfect maintenance of your SWATCH watch. If your watch needs attention, rely on a SWATCH official dealer or an authorized SWATCH Service Center as set forth in our Customer Service section on this site: they can guarantee a service according to SWATCH Ltd.’s standards.
